Vice President of Construction
As Vice President of Construction, Robert Shuttle is responsible for the home construction operations across all the company’s project sites.
In such role, Mr. Shuttle is responsible for establishing and ensuring adherence to the yearly construction delivery schedule. With a “hands on” approach, he coordinates with his team of seasoned site managers to consistently deliver high quality homes with high rates of customer satisfaction, in challenging, infill locations. With experience in forward planning, land use entitlements and permitting, consultant and agency coordination, project management and site supervision, Mr. Shuttle springs from a diverse background in development and construction. His work experience includes such roles as: Development Manager for SummerHill Homes, Project Manager for high end custom home builders on the San Francisco Peninsula, Commercial Tenant Improvement Superintendent for R.N. Field Construction and Forward Planner at KB Home. Mr. Shuttle is a Certified Green Building Professional and holds a California General Contractors license. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo.
