Vice President of Acquisitions

Jeff Zeiszler serving as Vice President of the Bay Area apartment land acquisition team is responsible for implementing strategy to identify land acquisition opportunities, negotiating purchase and sales agreements, managing due diligence and acquisition feasibility.

Prior to joining SummerHill he has sourced, negotiated and purchased more than $1.5B in real estate and distressed multifamily debt over his tenure. Formerly at Carmel Partners, Mr. Zeiszler helped grow the company’s acquisitions platform from its first fund $215MM to a multibillion dollar fund manager through its 5th $1.025B fund.

Previously, positions were held at UBS Realty Advisors, in the acquisitions group and he started his career in the investment bank at Bank of America, in the Real Estate Banking Group. Mr. Zeiszler graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and an emphasis in Finance. He is an active participant with NMHC, Belden Club, Rebuilding Together SF and several other charitable organizations.
